Written rates before a single bag of cement moves
You get an estimate in writing — quantity, rate, and what is included — before work starts. The team on your site is ours, not a subcontractor we found that morning. And every few days you get photographs of your own site, so you can see the work without travelling to it.
The rate is agreed, then it stands
A written estimate carries quantities and rates. If the scope changes, the change is written down and agreed before the extra work is done — not discovered in the bill afterwards.
Our own teams
Masons, electricians, plumbers, painters and fabricators who work with us. Nobody arrives on your site without a supervisor who answers to us.
Photo updates from your site
Progress is photographed where the work is happening, so you know what was done this week without taking a day off to visit.

You are given a contact for your job. When something needs fixing, you are not passed around between departments.
Kept to three cities

Complaints get an answer
Raise a grievance on our contact page and it is recorded. We would rather hear about a problem on day five than on handover day.
